This work was inspired by indie folk group Bon Iver's self titled album. I decided to paint front man Justin Vernon for two reasons. First, I am a fan! Second, I am amazed that all the songs were written and composed solely by him. I am a big Apple fan and it's a tragedy to lose such a visionary. A quick acrylic and ink study, finished digitally.
